5.1 Deposits. Users may fund their Accounts using the payment methods displayed in the cashier section of their Account. The cashier references payment methods that are commonly known to Pakistani users, including mobile wallets and bank transfer options. Availability of specific methods may change. The Operator does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific payment provider, and no payment provider displayed constitutes an endorsement of gambling by that provider.
All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Deposits made in currencies other than PKR may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the Operator, and exchange rate fees may apply.

pk3867 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms, or the use of prohibited betting strategies — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
7.1 Game Fairness. Games available on pk3867 are sourced from third-party software providers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform are illustrative figures sourced from game providers and represent theoretical long-term averages; they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.2 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports bets, casino wagers, and other game formats. Limits are displayed within the game or betting market interface and may vary by account tier, game type, and market.
7.3 Cancellation of Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the User. In the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error that affects a market, pk3867 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
7.4 Interruptions. If a game session is interrupted due to connectivity issues on the User's end, bets already placed will be settled according to the game's normal logic where technically possible. pk3867 does not accept liability for losses arising from User-side connectivity failures.

Sports betting markets, odds, and available events are subject to change. pk3867 covers Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC, virtual sports, and esports, among other markets. Match schedules and results are displayed in Pakistan Standard Time (PST / UTC+5).
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk3867 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, and to forfeit any associated Account balance including both real-money and bonus funds. Where appropriate, the Operator may report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the User. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Operator and its licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk3867 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

pk3867 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the process described in Section 16.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk3867 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our standard support escalation process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
